The accounting table of the warehouse is the main component of such documentation to maintain control in working with materials, such as journals and books of accounting of warehouse stocks in the enterprise. They usually record the most basic details of the reception and consumption of goods in the company. It is not possible to carry out production control effectively, especially on a large scale, without automating paper forms of controlling warehouse premises. Therefore, many companies, today, prefer to use the services of programs to systematize the processes of monitoring storage locations, a huge selection of which is presented on the market.

Traditionally, a set of shipping forms are drawn up when goods are released from the warehouse, including an invoice, a shipping specification, a set of packing lists of all containers, a quality certificate or a certificate of conformity, a railway bill of lading (consignment note) and others. For the export of products from the warehouse (enterprise), an appropriate pass is issued; in some cases, it can replace one of the copies of the expense document.
